
As our corporate name implies, we intend to redraw the conventional model for rental income, which has historically been one rental sum, derived from one family, per house. Our rental model maximizes the use of a single house, renting rooms to a predominantly single tenant, derived from an underserved, but valuable, tenant class.
Our rental model is patterned loosely from that of Airbnb, which rents single rooms of a housing unit, with tenants sharing the common areas of the house with its owner or primary tenant.
